President, Rev. David Harbison feels the goal of F.O.C.A.S. is to keep the family together and so the mission is to provide the activities that promote this goal.</div> <bR> <div> F.O.C.A.S. was formed in 1992 and is sponsored by Victory Family Church, Belleville, IL; Taylor Marine, Belleville, IL; Brush Hawg Bait & Tackle, Millstadt IL;  Ocean Waves Sunglasses and many more.</div> <bR> <div> Open Buddy Bass Tournaments are held on Saturday to allow the fishermen to fish on Saturday and still spend time with his family on Sunday.  Wives and children are encouraged to accompany their husbands and fathers to the tournaments and participate in the activities offered for them while dad fishes.</div> <bR> <div> Angler of the year will be a new award this season.  The winner will be determined by a point system and encourages fishing with a youth from ages 6-17 and fishing with your spouse. Other points will be awarded by attending the pre-tournament meetings and placing in the tournament.</div> <bR> <div> The 2005 Tournament Schedule dates are, March 19 th Lake Egypt Egyptian Hills Marina; April 30 th Rend Lake Sailboat Harbor; May 21 st Kinkaid Lake Kinkaid Marina; June 111 thCarlyle Lake Dam West Access; July 16 th Lake SSpringfield; August 220 thKaskaskia River, New Athens; CLASSIC TO BE ANNOUNCED </div> <bR> <bR> <div> F.O.C.A.S. conducts Fishing Derbies and Casting for Kids for the children.
